My husband and I planned a vacation out of the country for a week and needed a dog sitter who would be willing to stay with our two dogs at home, where they’re most comfortable. We struck gold when we found Elaine, who was the perfect person for the job!Before making final arrangements, Elaine came to visit and meet with the dogs to make sure they were comfortable in her presence. I was incredibly anxious to leave our dogs home while we travelled, but Elaine eased that anxiety immediately with photo updates and texts about how the dogs were doing. She sent us daily updates and videos so we knew they were both well taken care of.

 

My biggest concern was with our older dog, who has hopped fences in the past and does not get along well with other dogs. Asking Elaine to stay in our home was the easiest solution to avoid any mishaps. She followed all of the directions we provided her and maintained a consistent schedule for the dogs to decrease any separation anxiety they may have experienced while we were away.

 

To top it off, we were welcomed home with a surprise Elaine coordinated from both dogs! They both smelled so nice and had cute accessories added to their collars, along with personal paintings from both of them. This was such a creative idea and really solidified choosing to trust Elaine in our home. We have since passed her information along to family and friends who have been equally impressed when we tell them about the amazing sitter we had. I cannot thank Elaine enough for this experience and we will most definitely be using her services again when we plan future trips.
